Our Professional Chef

Our chef is from Cameroon West Africa, where they grew up watching family members cook the many differnet meals in our vast cameroon cuisine. Their passion for good food came from learning how our parents and grandparents made food an important way of expressing love to those around us.

their passion for good healthy food led them to attend and Graduate from UNC Chapel Hill with a masters in Nutrition and become a registered Licenced Dietitian. Our cooking is made with fresh ingredients and food is slowly cooked to allow the ingredients to bring out the rich flavors of African & Caribbean food.
